The Fried Egg charm was inspired by my love of old-school diners, those endless, egg-filled breakfast menus, and the unexpected discovery of my egg allergy at 38. These days, this might be the only way I can truly enjoy an over-easy egg!
Mother of pearl was the natural choice for the egg white, custom-cut into a classic fried egg shape. At its center sits an orange sapphire yolk, and the 14k gold setting is accented with brown diamonds around the satin-finished edges to mimic those perfectly crispy, golden-brown edges.
