The pendant swings free on a hand carved bubbly bail, showing off its vibrant ammolite inlay from every angle.

Ammolite inlay is an opal-like biogenic gemstone (like pearl, coral, and amber) made from the fossilized shell of ammonites. The iridescence and vibrancy of colors are due to its chemical composition and light absorption. Ammonite fossils are over 65 million years old from the Mesozoic era where they thrived in tropical seas, and can now be worn as fiery protection amulets.
