A beautiful flashy crystal opal with a speckled rainbow dangles a naturally found Lightning Whelk from beach combing with my family on the east coast of Florida. The sweetest bubbly details and diamond studded starfish decorate its gold cap, and tell the story of a tropical sea and treasures washing ashore. A sea totem created to move with you throughout your day, we love how the two parts swing free! I hope these shells set in 14k bring you joy.

Ethically sourced Arizona quartz hand engraved with an intricate seahorse is held in hand carved 14k gold. The bubbly details and sparkling starfish wrapped around the reverse intaglio creates a window into the sea life within. No matter the beach, quiet walks along the shoreline in search of these treasures continues to be one of my favorite pastimes… Considering the overwhelming anger and sadness a lot of us have been feeling this past week, it’s never felt more important to me to share those moments of peace and joy with others.
This collection felt like a natural step in the process of creating from my heart. I chose a handful of seashells from my personal collection to be accented with hand carved 14k gold, bright white diamonds, and opals in joyful shades of the sea. Adding in a selection of ethically sourced Arizona-quartz reverse intaglios (it’s a mouthful!) allowed me to really focus on amplifying the beauty and peace in simplicity. Why “reverse,” you ask? These intaglios have been carved into the back side of the gemstone, instead of the traditionally cut top. It gives the piece more life as the light shines through, highlighting each little detail!
I know you’re here for the jewelry and cute photos of Moh that get sprinkled into my newsletters. I’ve had a few people ask why I also share my political beliefs through charitable donations. I’m an open book when it comes down to why I choose various charities each month. This month is no different. The news from the Supreme Court this past week knocked a lot of us down, but it also stood as a reminder that the fight for women’s rights, bodily autonomy, and gun safety isn’t over.
I want you to know that I love creating your future heirlooms partly because I know a portion of all sales are donated to causes I deeply believe in. I hope that they wear as talismans, calling upon your own joy when you need it most. All web sales starting today - end of July will be donated to National Network of Abortion Funds.
